A new card for an old dog!
Here is a card I made for a family member. I used my cricut to create the shapes. I covered the dogs with flocking, and them layered them. I used several pearl, glitter, and wet paints on the present. I also lined the inside of the envelope, and inked around the words! I will post full instructions later.
